The miracles of Jesus are the perfect lens through which to see His character. We’ll look at one miracle each week and sift through it to find – not clues to His identity – but clues to His way. For instance, Jesus’ miracles reveal His heart toward women, foreigners, the poor, and the outcast. They reveal His compassion toward those who are sick or hungry. As we discover His way, we have a clear model for our way of being in our world.
Following Jesus doesn’t mean sacrificing our happiness. By focusing on the present moment in relationship with Jesus, we can find peace in God’s presence.
